Gwynn's Dragonboat Ride

On Monday June 7, team PanaCEAA, a competitor in the Ottawa Dragon Boat Race, took a ride from the Ottawa Rideau River Boat Club with a couple of special guests. Isla who has been fighting leukemia since April 2008, and her older sister Gwynn, who has been one of her biggest supporters organized this for her sister for the second straight year. Gwynn and Isla also brought along some friends, Annie and Laura, that they have made along the way. Although only the second year for Gwynn and Isla, team PanaCEAA has been invovled in brightening the lives of sick kids for the past 17 years. PanaCEAA hopes to raise $10, 000 for the CHEO Foundation and other local charities supported by the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation.
