Garden Party In Support of Cornerstone
Despite a brief bout of wet weather, the skies cleared up just in time for Cornerstone's annual Garden Party and Fashion Show at the British High Commission on Sussex Drive. This year's garden party included an Alice in Wonderland-themed fashion show accompanied with its very own "Mad Hatter", "Queen" and her guards, as elegant fashions were presented from renowed designer, Frank Sukhoo of Sukhoo Sukhoo, a performance from a local South Asian dance troupe and a harpist duo to set the mood. A silent auction send proceeds to fundraising initiatives such as the building of an additional shelter.
