RBC Mortgage Specialist, Charlene Rinn, hosted the event to educate 1st time buyers

First Time Home Buyer

Charlene Rinn, RBC Mortgate Specialist and Lucas Smith, Keller Williams realtor, recently held a special seminar designed to answer the questions of first time home buyers.

Offering valid and timely tips and advice, Charlene and Lucas used the seminar as a chance to help first time home buyers get their feet on the ground and begin working towards achievable goals such as developing good credit, saving for down payments and finding the right homes and mortgages for them.
Both Charlene and Lucas view purchasing a home to be a journey and they strive to be great guides along the way.
