2008 August > Firefighter and Protective Services Day Mid July took me to the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum on Old Montreal Road. It was a special day to celebrate the work of Firefighters, Paramedics, and Police Officers of the City of Ottawa. In spite of the rain, the day was full of fun. The day included a Waterball Game, Auto Extraction Demo, Firefighter Skills Competition, Model Locomotive Train, Fire Rescue Demo, a Barbecue and Childrens Activities.
